Accredited hospitals in India, compared by you
Compare accredited hospitals, or let us suggest some, and ask up to 3 for a free written estimate. Your reports go to the hospitals you choose, without your phone number or email. One coordinator stays with you and your family from the first message to follow-up at home.
Accredited hospitals only
Every hospital we list holds NABH or JCI accreditation.

Up to 3 estimates, free
Written estimates from the hospitals you choose, after each hospital's own doctor reviews your reports.
Private and encrypted
Your enquiry and reports are kept in private, encrypted storage, and hospitals usually receive them through a link that stops working after a set time.
No agent chooses for you. You see every accredited hospital we list in Delhi NCR and Chennai, each set out the same way.
Filter by city, treatment, accreditation, and help such as an interpreter or a bed for your attendant.

Day 1
Your coordinator removes your phone number and email, then sends your case to each hospital within 2 working days.
Within 2 working days
Hospitals usually reply within a few days. If one does not reply, we tell you and suggest another.
Usually a few days
Every estimate is free today. Later the first stays free and the 2nd and 3rd carry a small fee.
You pay the hospital directly for your treatment.
Your reports are about your health and your family. This is how we handle them now, every day.
Before we share your case, your coordinator removes your phone number and email. Hospitals receive your case through Lazuren, and they reply to us. If you go ahead with a hospital, we give that hospital your details for the visa invitation letter and your admission.
Your reports go to the hospitals you choose, usually through a link that stops working after a set time. If you ask us to suggest hospitals, we send nothing until you approve them.
We keep your enquiry and the reports you send us in private, encrypted storage. Our service providers, such as our file storage, WhatsApp and Telegram, may store or process some of it outside India.
You can ask what we hold and who received it, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent.
Most patients travel with a son or daughter, or a husband or wife. We plan the trip for both of you.
Every one holds NABH or JCI accreditation. Open a hospital to see its doctors, its help for patients from abroad and its prices, where it publishes them.

Hospitals pay us a facilitation fee when we coordinate a patient's care. We tell you this openly. No hospital can buy a higher place in our lists, and you may ask any hospital for its direct price.
Two things we are adding. Until they are ready, this is what happens.
Today
Your coordinator explains each hospital's reply to you in your language.
We are building translation of reports, so you can read them. The hospital's doctor always reads the original.
Today
Referring doctors and partner hospitals work with their coordinator on WhatsApp or by email.
We are building a corner where they can follow their cases and documents in one place.
Refer a patient and stay informed: you receive the specialist's opinion, the treatment plan, the discharge summary and the follow-up instructions.

Choose up to 3 hospitals, or let us suggest them, and send your recent reports and scans. Your coordinator sends your case to the hospitals within 2 working days. A doctor at each hospital reviews your reports, and hospitals usually reply with a written estimate within a few days. The site shows indicative prices before that.
Yes, for treatment in India you need a medical visa, and your companion needs a medical attendant visa. We arrange the hospital's invitation letter that the application requires. We do not issue visas and cannot guarantee approval.
Yes. Your attendant can usually apply for a medical attendant visa linked to yours, and can usually stay in your hospital room. The Government of India sets how many attendants are allowed; your coordinator confirms the current rule.
Your coordinator arranges follow-up calls with your doctor and shares reports and the treatment summary for your local doctor. Prescriptions written in India may not be valid in your country, so your local doctor may need to prescribe your medicines.
We use your reports only to arrange medical opinions, cost estimates and, if you go ahead, your treatment trip. We share them with the accredited hospitals in India that you choose, and with others only if you agree; if you choose none, we suggest hospitals and send them only to those you approve. Apart from that, they are handled only by the service providers that help us run the service, and by authorities where the law requires it. We delete our copy on request, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Not from your enquiry. Before we share your case, your coordinator removes your phone number and email. Hospitals receive your case through Lazuren and reply to us. If you choose a hospital for treatment, it needs your details for the visa invitation letter and your admission, and we send them to that hospital only.
Yes. Filter and compare accredited hospitals, then add up to 3 to your list. If you are not sure, tell us the problem and we suggest hospitals. We send nothing until you approve them.
Not yet. Today your coordinator explains each hospital's reply to you in your language. We are building translation of reports, so you can read them; the hospital's doctor always reads the original.
Tell us what you need. Your coordinator replies, and the hospitals you choose send a written estimate once they have your reports.
