The rules for using this site and our coordination service: what we do, what hospitals do, and what we ask of you.
Our role
Lazuren coordinates between patients and hospitals and doctors. We do not provide medical care. Hospitals and doctors are independent of Lazuren and are responsible for the medical care they provide. We are responsible for the coordination services we provide.
Estimates
Prices on this site are indicative ranges. The hospital gives a written estimate after its doctor reviews the patient's reports, and confirms the final cost after examining the patient.
Payments
Patients pay hospitals directly. Lazuren charges patients no fee; hospitals pay us a facilitation fee.
Visas
The Government of India decides visa applications. We do not issue visas and cannot guarantee approval.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate and complete medical information, hold a valid visa and follow the hospital's instructions.
