About Lazuren
Lazuren is a medical travel facilitator based in India. You choose the hospital. We look after your case, your reports and the practical side of the trip, with one coordinator in your language.
What makes us different
You choose
You see every accredited hospital we list and choose up to 3. We suggest only when you ask.
Your contacts stay with us
Hospitals receive your case through Lazuren, without your phone number or email. Only the hospital you choose for treatment gets them.
Your reports go to the hospitals you choose
Only to the hospitals you choose, usually through a link that stops working after a set time.
One person for your case
The same coordinator, in your language, from the first message to follow-up at home.
How we earn
Hospitals in our network pay Lazuren a facilitation fee when we coordinate a patient's care. You pay the hospital directly for treatment, and you may ask the hospital for its direct price. We tell you this openly so that you can weigh what we suggest. No hospital can buy a higher place in our lists.
Which hospitals we list
- Current NABH or JCI accreditation
- In Delhi NCR or Chennai, for now
- Listed from public registers and the hospital's own website
- A Verified partner has confirmed its profile with us; the badge never gives a higher place
What we arrange for you and your attendant
- Medical opinion from a hospital specialist
- Written cost estimate from the hospital, with inclusions
- Visa invitation letter from the hospital
- A representative to meet you at the airport
- An interpreter for hospital visits
- Help finding a place to stay near the hospital
- Help getting a local SIM card and finding an authorised money changer
- Follow-up calls with your doctor after you return
What we do not do
- We do not give medical advice.
- We do not guarantee results.
- We do not arrange organ donors or surrogacy.
- We do not collect treatment payments.
The limits of our role
We are not a hospital and we do not give medical advice. Medical opinions come from registered doctors at the hospitals, and treatment decisions are between you and your doctor.
For referring doctors and partner hospitals
Refer a patient and stay informed: you receive the specialist's opinion, the treatment plan, the discharge summary and the follow-up instructions.
