Diagnosis if known, how long, and any treatment so far. You can send reports later on WhatsApp.

What happens next

Your coordinator sends your request to these hospitals within 2 working days, without your phone number or email. Hospitals usually reply within a few days of receiving it. If a hospital does not reply, we tell you and suggest another.

How it works

  1. Choose hospitals, or let us suggest

    Compare accredited hospitals and add up to 3 to your list. Not sure? Tell us the problem, and we suggest hospitals for you to approve.

  2. Send your reports

    Send recent reports and scans on WhatsApp, or the way your coordinator suggests. Your coordinator removes your phone number and email, then sends your case to the hospitals you chose.

    Within 2 working days

  3. Compare written estimates

    A doctor at each hospital reviews your reports and sends an opinion and a written estimate. You compare them and choose.

    Replies usually within a few days

  4. Travel, treatment and home

    We arrange the hospital's visa invitation letter, someone to meet you at the airport, an interpreter and help with a place to stay. Your coordinator stays with you through admission, discharge and follow-up from home.
